WARRANTY
Please read upon arrival of product ( THIS IS NOT
A PRODUCT REGISTRATION FORM) :
Beam of Light Technologies, Inc. warrants all Green
Lasers, Red Lasers and DPSS Modules for 1 year from date of purchase.
( Effective August 21, 2006 )
This warranty does not cover
any units which have been previously altered, engraved, repaired or serviced by
anyone other than Beam of Light
Technologies, Inc.. This warranty
does not cover deterioration due to normal use, cosmetic damage, accident, misuse,
abuse, negligence, subjection to abnormal conditions ( including, but not
limited to sun and water damage ), or modification of, or to any part of the
product. To obtain warranty service,
please return product with freight prepaid, in it’s original packaging. ( Removal
of FDA warning label and product serial number will void warranty ). Please include a copy of product invoice (
if possible ), and this completed warranty request form. 30
Day Return Policy – Returns must be in original condition and
packaging. FDA warning label and serial # intact. ( Product must arrive for refund within 30
