Z-Bolt® Laser Product Warranty
Beam of Light Technologies, Inc. warrants all Z-Bolt® Green Lasers, Red Lasers, DPSS Modules and Laser Accessories, in the course of normal use, against defects in material or workmanship, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. If the product is determined to be defective, Z-Bolt® will repair or replace the product with a new unit at no charge.
This warranty does not cover any units which have been previously altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than Z-Bolt® This warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal use, cosmetic damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, subjection to abnormal conditions (including, but not limited to sun and water damage), or modification of, or to any part of the product.
If you wish to return a product, please email Order Questions/Support or call (877) 801-9299 for authorization and instructions. Upon authorization, please return product with freight prepaid, in its' original packaging. (Removal of FDA warning label and product serial number will void warranty). Also include a copy of the product invoice and the completed warranty request form.
30 Day Return Policy -
Returns must be in original condition and packaging. FDA warning label and serial # intact. (Product must arrive for refund within 30 days of shipment date)
